The Newsmaker – ‘Anand Shankar’, Everybody at Palamau Wants to Join him

Palamau: Anand Shankar, a Palamau businessman who owns more than a dozen firms, including famous Anand Motors, alongside Amar Anand Automobiles, Heritage International School, Heritage Toyota, Heritage Jainy Kids, Hotel Jyotilok, Jyoti Prakash Women B.Ed College etc. Apart from this, he is also the chairman of renowned Rotary Public school, situated at station road Palamau.


He (Mr. Shankar) is like, Savjibhai Dholakia of a Gujrati business man, who had gifted as many as 1600 employees as homes, car, jewellery, golds etc last year. While, he also had handed over three Mercedes-Benz GLS SUV's on completion of their 25 years with the organization. This resemble here at Palamau with owner of its group called 'Anand', it is the prefix to everything that he owns.

Anand Shankar deserves applaud as of late, he got more than two thousand employees to his firms, most of them are on its payroll, while rest are co-workers that are also being part of the organization indirectly. He cares very much to all his employees irrespective of their grades or anything.  An employee of his firm spoke to us and reveals several things.  As per him, even if you leave job due to any condition, and wish to return back, our owner (Anand Shankar) didn't deny in welcoming again, 'he added further'. Sharing an example, the employee states that I had to leave job due to an accident I met with, after four years – I approached him, and I was asked to resume my work with immediate effect. His professional ethics are beyond anything that is hardly people carried out these days.


“Anand Shankar is like 'Savjibhai Dholakia' of Palamau, who is master in identifying "high performing" employees, also a tasks them. He keeps track of their performance through his motivation as a tool which he has been using for the last several years. And he also works hard to keep them inspired all the time. In industries which he preserved keeping employees happy is important, given that the business involves skilled labour. Anand Shankar understands all these”.


He, not only supported me – but there has been other people who got encouraged by him. A student from Rotary Public School, Adarsh Pandey is of the opinion that Anand sir has buoyant many people in life – he alone has created massive jobs, almost thousands of workers are working under his leadership. Anand Shankar is a terrific human being alongside the professionalism. I am found of him, his acceptability is preserved amongst the communities. So, he deserved to be applauded, 'Adarsh added'


Another member from Anand Motors confirms that 'he (Anand Shankar) is like not less than god to me and my family. We were in deep trouble two years ago; 'thank Anand sir who saves us from destruction, if he would not have saved us, we could have been fully destroyed he added'


While speaking to us, Mr. Shankar says he feels happy upon being called as 'Bhaiya' instead 'Sir Culture'. 'Although, the term 'Bhaiya' a well respect position being rewarded to someone who would have done something special to the called'. He further says that he offers rewards to its employees on the basis of their performance and it seems. Our group owned around eighteen companies which operates different parts of the countries such as Mumbai, Bangalore, Jaipur etc


There would be hardly anyone unhappy working with him. He has truly rewarded the long-term association of his employees and his latest move will surely motivate other employees to work for long with him. While there have been numerous traders that manage an annual turnover in thousands of crores, people like Anand Shankar set an example of how to value and reward employees in the true sense.
